Welcome to SUHARA Group.

Over the past 30 years through organic growth and more recently through an acquisition in Dubai we have built an expertise in linking various elements of the Supply Chain within our geographic footprint. It includes liquid logistics, container movement, warehousing, transport on road, rail, lakes as well as freight forwarding and project management.

Our business is professionally managed with an inclusive culture of customers and staff covering a large geographic footprint. Today we serve customers in some of the fastest growing markets with the youngest populations in the world.

Born a Tanzanian, studying, and working in the UK and returning to start businesses in Dubai and East / Central Africa has been a wonderful personal journey. At our core we are a people business and a manger of risk. The use of technology as it has emerged over the past 20 years and the availability of the mobile phone and internet that leapfrogged fixed lines in Africa has been a fundamental driver in our ability to grow and manage customers goods entrusted to us for delivery over a large and diverse geography. We deliver within a country and over long distances often with multiple border crossings in East and Central Africa.

In the past decade our strategy has changed with establishing a permanent presence and having Dubai as a Hub with operations in East and Central Africa. I invite you to journey with us over some of the most amazing terrain as we innovate and meet the challenges of sustainability and a growing awareness of our responsibility to the communities and the environments where we operate, and practicing a culture based on safety, reliability, and efficiency.
